How to supercharge your construction business

Step 1

Have a core in house estimating team that is very good at their job. That understands your business and gets consistent, accurate feedback from your project managers / execution team. See my blog on how to do that.

Step 2

Make sure you have the capital and infrastructure to execute the increased bids you will win. Don’t grow faster than you can handle. Calibrate your bidding in a way where growth is manageable.
